The people behind our brands.
Brett Heyland
Brett Heyland joined B&B Acquisition in 2009 as an owner and Chief Sales Officer, helping lead the company through a period of significant growth that has increased annual sales revenue by more than 15x. For the past six years, he has served as President, overseeing the company’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
Brian Bessley
Brian Beesley is an owner and the Chief Innovation Officer at B& B Acquisition Inc.
Chris Barnes
Chris Barnes is the Director of Marketing at Candle Warmers Etc., and leads brand strategy, product marketing, e-commerce, and retail growth across the company’s portfolio of home fragrance brands.
Kelly Dam
Kelly is a graphic designer who looks forward to using a combination of strategic thought and creativity that makes an impact. At Candle Warmers Etc., she works with packaging, product artwork, and digital marketing assets.
LaRen Johnson
As a Fragrance Director, LaRen develop and select fragrances for products based on trends and what consumers are looking for. She works with fragrance houses to create, test, and refine scents from the initial idea through the final product.
Mark Jones
As the Graphic Design Manager here at Candle Warmers, Mark like to say, “If it has fonts, it goes through me.” And honestly, that’s usually pretty accurate. From packaging and marketing materials to all the little details in between, if design is involved, there’s a good chance Mark have had a hand in it.
Meghan Saunders
Meghan is an industrial designer and product manager leading the development of on-trend home fragrance products from concept to launch. Blends creative design, consumer trends, and product strategy to bring fresh ideas to market.
Michelle Coleman
Michelle is a creative professional with a passion for thoughtful design, visual storytelling, and bringing ideas to life. At Candle Warmers Etc., she works across creative direction, product design, photography, branding, and marketing to create beautiful, engaging experiences for customers.
Shae Snyder
Shae is an industrial designer who looks forward to combining creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to create products that are both thoughtful and impactful. At Candle Warmers Etc., she works across product development, concept design, and product visualization to bring new ideas to life.
Spencer Beesley
Spencer Beesley is the CEO of Candle Warmers Etc. Since joining the company in 2008, he has worked across the business with a focus on operations, improving processes, and helping teams work well together. He enjoys solving problems alongside the people who keep the company running and finding ways to support its continued growth. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
